Info for Admitted Students

There are a number of things you must do in order to go on the Princeton in Portugal trip.

Please go to GPS to accept or decline a place in the program and complete the Confirmation of Attendance Questionnaire by Friday, April 6th

Once you accept your spot into the Princeton in Portugal program you will be responsible for paying a required non refundable $370 deposit that will be charged to your student account. The remaining balance will be charged to your account in May.

All the following information is to be submitted by FRIDAY, APRIL 20th.

Complete the steps listed on the Undergraduate International Travel Checklist

The following item is to be delivered to Michelle Tong at 359 East Pyne

  1. Medical profile - found on the Undergraduate International Travel Checklist. Please deliver the completed form along with your immunization records in a sealed envelope with your name and “Princeton in Portugal” on it.
Please send a request for your immunization records via e-mail to uhs@princeton.edu with your name, DOB, and class year. No payment is required for your immunization records.

The following item should be submitted online through GPS (link is external)

  1. Copy of passport - upload a clear copy
Flight itinerary (Check the FAQ page regarding when you should arrive/depart from Portugal) - You will receive specific instructions via email for how to enter your trip request in Concur. Enter all flights that you will be taking to get to Lisbon Airport (LIS) in Concur and forward a copy of your itinerary to Michelle Tong at mtong@princeton.edu.
 
Financial Aid

For summer courses, the Office of Financial Aid offers aid recipients student loans and summer savings replacement plans to help meet costs.  Please see summer school funding information.
