Profile

Prior to arriving to the Department of Spanish and Portuguese in February of 2024, Reanna worked temporarily in the Department of Psychology, first as the Undergraduate Administrator in 2022-23 and then as a Faculty Assistant in 2023-24.  Her previous experience includes serving as an Epidemiologist for the Ministry of Health in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and as a paraprofessional supporting students and teachers with special needs in NJ.  She holds an MS in International Health from National Yang Ming University in Taiwan, and a BS in Psychology from the University of the West Indies at St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago.

She is currently a volunteer Crisis Counselor for Crisis Textline, which provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention to support people in their moments of need.

In her free time, she likes to read novels and visit historical sites on the East Coast.
