Paloma Moscardó-Vallés (Licenciada en Filología Románica, Universidad de Valencia, Spain) joined the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Princeton in 2006. At the department, she has been teaching courses at different levels. She was of coordinator of Spanish 105 and later created Spanish 205 (Medical Spanish). In 2016, she created another new course to prepare students for a medical caravan in Ecuador. Previously, she worked in different educational settings in Spain, France, Germany, and the United States.
She specializes in LSP (health careers). Her other interests are service learning, immigration and heritage speakers and she works sometimes as an interpreter and translator.
