Profile

Justin is the Technical Support Manager and provides front line technical support within the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. Justin joined the department in 2015 and also provides technical support to two other Princeton University departments, the Pace Center for Civic Engagement and the Center for Career Development. Justin's role is part of the University's SCAD/DCS program.

Justin is CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certified, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, MacOS Certified Support Professional (11), ITIL Foundations Certified in IT Service Management,  IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), and CompTIA Mobility+ certified.
