Profile

Jane joined the staff of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese in January 2023. As the Department's Graduate and Undergraduate Program Administrator, she supports the Director of Graduate Studies (DGS), the Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS), the Language Directors, and the Manager in all aspects of the Department's Academic Programs.

She began her career in education more than 10 years ago, serving as a teacher, coach and administrator in different schools and universities in this country and abroad.

Jane holds an MBA from Rutgers University, and she is currently a volunteer role model for HISPA a nonprofit organization that inspire Latino students to pursue higher education.

In her free time, she likes to read poetry, meditate, and visit New York art galleries.
