On Thursday, October 26th, PLAS welcomed Colombian author Juliana Borrero, along with graduate students Nora Muñiz Hernández, Tatiane Rangel, and Grace Monk. They gathered to discuss their collaborative translation of Borrero's first book, "Las extraterrestres." Their conversation explored the intricacies of crafting a feminist epic and the nuances of translating it. The event also featured performative readings of their translated passages from the text, culminating in an artistic performance by Borrero.
