Before the presentation, both editors, Anna Alsina Naudi & Nicolás Espejo Yáksic, engaged in a lively Q&A session with law students and researchers, offering insights into the creative process, inspirations, and the themes explored within the pages of the book.
This book is a pioneering work that transcends borders by exploring how justice systems can better respond to the needs and rights of particularly

vulnerable individuals and groups and how innovative developments in the field of legal language impact access to justice. Divided into five sections, each offers a comprehensive view of the rights to accommodating justice for children and adolescents, women and the LGBTQ+ population, indigenous peoples, and persons with disabilities. It includes specific examples of legal, judicial and political practices in various nations of the Americas, which offer a valuable and original global perspective.
