In 103 Chancellor Green last Friday, students relived their summer experiences with the same people with whom they made unforgettable memories. As they took turns arriving slowly, a slideshow of some of their favorite moments abroad was being shown as they had cheerful conversations and reminisced about their time together over pizza and refreshments. SPO Study Abroad Administrator Patrizia D'Adamo compared this gathering with one she organized to break the ice with each group prior to departure and the difference was notable. During the hour-long meeting and even after, as students lingered to continue chatting, it was evident that close friendships had been forged, ones that will undoubtedly last a lifetime.

Students submitted photos in 4 different categories: Lanscape, Monuments & Statues, Architecture and People & Culture. They were also presented with the "Statue Challege" in which students were asked to take a photo of themselves physically replicating a statue being observed. Needless to say, this challenge resulted in some very interesting photos!

Through student entries, the photo contest provided SPO with some amazing insight and images reflecting on the experiences of the participating students in Princeton in Argentina (PiA), Princeton in Portugal (PiP) and Princeton in Spain (PiS) which SPO plans on featuring on the SPO website throughout the year to share with the Princeton community.
