On Friday, March 1st, 2024, Patrizia D'Adamo (Communications Specialist and Study Abroad Admin) and Janeth Marquez (Graduate and UG Admin) volunteered their time on behalf of Latino Princetonians to help with the Annual Business Attire Clothing Drive at 212 Alexander Street organized by Princeton's Department of Human Resources.
The drive will benefit Mercer County organizations that collect gently used business attire for women and men. This year, the drive is supporting Dress for Success of Mercer County, HomeFront’s Suitably Dressed, Mercer County Community College’s Bridges to Success for Foster Youth, NJ Rise, and Princeton Cornerstone Community Kitchen Free Store.
In addition, the drive is also supporting The Program in Teacher Preparation, a Princeton University program that prepares students to serve as teachers and educational leaders in our nation’s schools, with professional attire for job interviews.
Patrizia and Jane were happy to be a part of this effort to support the local community look their best as they rise up the ladder!
