On Tuesday April 23rd, at SPO's End of Year celebration, grad student Nora Muñiz Hernández was presented with the Arcadio Díaz-Quiñones Prize for excellence in teaching by Javier Guerrero, Director of Graduate Studies. Nora makes the following comments following her gracious acceptance:

"I am so happy, so grateful and so honored to have received the Arcadio Díaz-Quiñones teaching award! This prize would not be possible without my students, who always showed up with incredible energy. They are extremely passionate and caring; I have learned a lot about their resilience and involvement in urgent and political matters. Teaching has been a learning experience for me as I had never taught before coming to Princeton! I would like to thank the course heads, as well as my own teachers and coworkers from whom I continue to learn every day."
