On March 7, several undergraduate and graduate students gathered at the Center for Jewish Life (CJL) to practice Spanish during the first Spanish Table at this location.
This event, hosted by members of J-Lats, is part of the Spanish Tables coordinated by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. J-Lats is a student organization that, according to Abraham Waserstein and Diego Ayala-McCormick, has the purpose of exploring the intersectionality of Judaism and Latinidad in the US.
This Spanish Table is hosted every other Thursday at 12:30 pm in the CJL, and it is open to all Princeton students. (The next Spanish Table at the CJL will be on April 4, 2019).
Come to the CJL to practice Spanish and learn about Judaism in Spanish-speaking communities all over the world.
