Allison's Update
"After graduation I interned at WNYC and then The Late Show with Stephen Colbert before starting at Simon & Schuster Audio in 2019, where I still work now as a Senior Audiobook Producer in NYC.
I use my Spanish language skills often at S&S Audio, as we encounter Spanish in our books all the time. I provide my colleagues with accurate pronunciations, and I have produced/directed a handful of titles entirely in Spanish by authors including Stephen King and Pope Francis.
Make sure to spend time abroad to cement those language skills, and it doesn't have to be a full semester – take advantage of summers and Spring/Fall Break!"
