SPO major Zach Lee will be performing in The Bridges of Madison County. The Tony Award-winning musical opens THIS THURSDAY, June 12th, on the Hamilton Murray stage.
Step into a world of passion, longing, and unforgettable music with The Bridges of Madison County. This show will sweep you off your feet with its story highlighting a brief but life-changing encounter between a lonely Iowa housewife and a traveling photographer - and it’s brought to life through a breathtaking score by Jason Robert Brown.
It’s folksy and it’s charming. This adaptation of Robert James Waller’s steamy 1992 romance novel features a lush and beautiful score. Directed by Eliyana Abraham Princeton Class of ‘23 (who also directed The Last Five Years last season!), Princeton Summer Theater’s production of The Bridges of Madison County features a simple, rural set with a strong ensemble of nine actors who confidently and passionately embody the narrative’s Iowan landscape.
