This event, organized together with the Department of Spanish and Portuguese and the Department of Anthropology, celebrates the centennial of Portuguese Nobel Laureate José Saramago through a conversation between Pilar del Río, Lilia M. Schwarcz, and Kathryn Bishop-Sánchez. Pedro Meira Monteiro, Professor and Chair of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese, will moderate the event.
